"Boiling Springs Animal Hospital is the kind of vet practice that you both:1) love so much you want to tell all your friends with fur babiesAND2) love so much that you want to keep them all for yourself!!They have THE BEST customer service. While we've been patients, they haven't had much staff turnover at all, and the team gets along really well. When we've had urgent problems, the office has gotten back to us quickly, too!Dr. Buchanan is great at anticipating your questions and providing explanations, listens carefully and is still efficient, is a very experienced vet, considers cost when she offers recommendations, and is SUCH a compassionate human. We both foster dogs and have our own and have switched everyone over to Dr. Buchanan's office! We greatly appreciate how gently she handles our one reactive dog and doesn't push him when he's scared.
