"I cannot say enough about Dr. Pitelli. I am preparing to show my ferrets and brought them for their annual rabies and distemper vaccines; however, this is not a common request (in fact, my local vet outright refused to help me), so they did not have the vaccine that I needed readily on hand. Rather than turn me away, they did everything they could to offer alternative options. Molly even spent the day calling other exotic vets in my area to find out who had what I needed. She was able to make me an appointment with one that wasn't accepting new patients and even offered to refund my exam fees so that I could be seen by the new vet without having to repay. While this was extremely kind, my schedule wouldn't allow me to make a new appointment. The next day, I received an unexpected call from Dr. Pitelli who informed me that she had ordered the vaccine with her own card, and offered to come in on her day off to make sure my girls had what they needed in time for the show. I have a lot of animals and have visited a number of vets over the years, but never have I ever had a vet go so above and beyond for me. I am beside myself with the kindness offered by this team. I wish I lived closer, because I would have Dr. Pitelli see all my animals. I know they would be in the BEST of hands. Thank you again."
